Creations stay on your device

Your builds, world, progress, decorations and in-app photos are saved locally. The app does not upload this creative content to Mobeera’s credit service. There is no public chat, online multiplayer or public gallery. If you choose to share an image using your device’s sharing tools, the service you select handles that shared image under its own terms.

Purchases and Quick Build

Apple processes App Store payments. Mobeera does not receive your payment card details or Apple Account password.

When you use online credit features, our service processes Apple-signed app and purchase information, purchase and app transaction identifiers, a wallet identifier, product identifiers, credit grants and balances, spending and refund records, and device-attestation keys and proofs. To avoid charging twice for the same assistance, it also stores the model and piece identifiers that credits have helped place. These records do not include your world layout, custom decorations or in-app photos.

We use this information to verify purchases and genuine app requests, deliver and recover credits, prevent duplicate charges and fraud, process refunds, and provide support. The wallet uses Apple transaction identifiers; you do not create a separate Mobeera login. Credit records are hosted using Supabase.

Optional Game Center

If you sign in to Game Center, the app sends achievement identifiers and progress to Apple and reads your Game Center achievement status. Apple handles your Game Center profile under its privacy policy. Game Center does not synchronize your Bupli World saves.

Support and website visits

If you email support@mobeera.ai, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use them to respond and investigate your request. Please do not send passwords, payment card details or unnecessary personal information about children.

This website is hosted by Vercel. Hosting and security providers may process technical request information, such as IP addresses, browser information, request times and errors, to deliver and protect the website and online services. The app and website do not include third-party advertising or analytics SDKs, and Mobeera does not sell personal information or use it for cross-app advertising tracking.

Children and families

Bupli World can be enjoyed by children with their parents or caregivers. It does not ask children to create an account or provide a name, email address or location to play. Names entered for characters remain in local saves. Parents can use Apple’s purchase restrictions and Ask to Buy, and can enable the app’s optional grown-up question before purchases.

A parent or guardian can contact us about information a child may have sent to support or information associated with online credit use.

Retention and your choices

Local saves remain on your device until you remove them or the app’s data. We retain purchase, credit and recovery records as needed to preserve non-expiring balances, prevent duplicate grants, handle refunds and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements. Support information is retained as needed to handle your request and related issues. Providers may retain operational logs according to their service settings and obligations.

You can contact support@mobeera.ai to request access, correction or deletion of information held by Mobeera. We may need information to verify that the request concerns your wallet or correspondence. Some transaction records may need to be retained for accounting, fraud prevention or unresolved purchases; we will explain any limits that apply. Removing the app’s local data does not automatically remove server-side purchase and credit records.

Service providers and security

We use Apple for payments, device verification and Game Center, Supabase for the credit backend, Vercel for website hosting, and email services for support. Information may be processed in countries other than your own. The credit database is hosted in Seoul, South Korea. We use encrypted connections and verification checks to protect online credit operations.
